This workshop is provided by Lynne Symons (Make Learning Better) and is based on the successful Talking Leadership Series, and is now tailored for aspiring school principals.  The half day workshop will explore key elements of leadership including developing self-awareness and leadership skills that will enhance your personal and professional growth.

The session also introduces participants to GROWTH coaching and goal settings.

This half day workshop combines practical activities, short readings, and on-line assessments, Certificates of Participation are awarded with alignment to Australian Teacher Standards 6.1,6.2,6.3,7.1,7.2 and 7.4 –all at Proficient Level.

Please note: The cost of this event is minimal and covers catering, room hire and equipment charges.  Lynne has very generously waived her fee as a way of giving back to the Association of which she has been a long serving member.  Therefore this workshop is open to SASPA members only to attend.
