2024 Strategic Network Groups

To align with our 2024-2026 Strategic Agenda, our Strategic Network Groups have slightly changed!
For 2024, you’re invited to express your interest in joining one of our Strategic Network Groups by completing the form below.
Morning meetings run from 8:30am-10:30am / Afternoon meetings run from 1:30pm-3:30pm.

Our current Strategic Network Groups and weeks of meetings are:

• Teaching & Learning (Meets Tuesday Morning Week 3/8)

  This group will focus on the SASPA Strategic Agenda Goal:
  Secondary school leaders are supported to design and deliver the 7-12 curriculum which aligns with SA’s public education Learn and Thrive Strategy. Penny Tranter, Principal Seaview High School will convene this Strategic Network Group.

• Inclusion and Wellbeing (Meets Monday Morning Week 4)

  This group will focus on the SASPA Strategic Agenda Goal:
  Transparent, recurrent and flexible resourcing for schools to address functional needs that support equitable learner outcomes. Kirsty Amos, Principal Parafield Gardens High School will convene this Strategic Network Group.

• Workforce (Meets Friday Afternoon Week 5)

  This group will focus on the SASPA Strategic Agenda Goal:
  Systems and policy reflect contemporary education practices and needs. Richard Abell, Principal Seaton High School will convene this Strategic Network Group.

• Leader Development (Meets Thursday Morning Week 6)

  This group will focus on the SASPA Strategic Agenda Goal:
  Secondary school principlas and leaders are valued, supported and recongnised in their leadership roles and are seen as vital in the provision of quality education outcomes. This group works on SASPA Professional Learning events as well as the Annual SASPA Conference. Rosie Heinicke, Principal Mitcham Girls’ High School will convene this Strategic Network Group.
