Coaching
We know that many principals and school leaders find the people side of leadership the most challenging – holding difficult conversations, giving feedback, working with difficult members of staff and dealing with parents. So, we have partnered through ASPA with BTS Spark to develop coaching programs specially designed for school leaders to develop these soft skills of leadership.
Individuals are matched with a professional leadership coach to get personalised support to build their leadership skillset and discuss one-to-one with their coach how they can apply these to the challenges they are currently facing at school. Typically, a coaching program may last five months, involving a series of phone coaching sessions and complementary online leadership learning.
