Next Steps – UYLP Program
Purpose: Build on learning from UYLP to further develop professional capacity to meet current (and future) leadership challenges.
Format: Professional Learning Community (6 participants per PLC)
Topics of exploration: Self as Leader; Leading for Equity; Leading for Innovation; Leading to Thrive
Sessions:
1. May 27th @ National Wine Centre
2, 3, 4, 5. (Dates determines by each PLC) 1 Hour Online Sessions
6. November 4th @ National Wine Centre
Program Resources: This program will utilise Microsoft Teams platform. PLC’s will have access to files and materials used in the program as well as recorded online sessions where appropriate.
